AnySoftware respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. As a link aggregator, we do not host software files on our servers; however, we are committed to responding to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
1. Our Role as an Aggregator
AnySoftware indexes links to third-party websites and official software repositories. We do not have control over the content hosted on these external sites. If your copyrighted work is being linked to by AnySoftware in an unauthorized manner, please follow the procedure below.
2. Notice of Infringement
To file a notice of infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written communication (via email) that includes the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your official product page).
- Identification of the material on AnySoftware that is claimed to be infringing (the specific URL of the page containing the link).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Removal Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, AnySoftware will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the link in question.
- Notify the developer or provider of the software (if possible) that access to the link has been disabled.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe a link was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the removed link, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake.
